The Toronto Maple Leafs were back in action for the first time since the All-Star break.
Justin Pogge got the nod for the blue and white.
Things got off to a rocky start for the youngster, Oshawa Generals Alumni Cal Clutterbuck sniped a laser passed Pogge.
I bet he would want that one back.
Still Struggling Nik Antropov was swarming all around the net, but Wild Goalie Nik Backstrom was having none of it.
The Buds got on the board in the second period, as Jason Blake got his 15th of the year.
From there on out it was all Minnesota, Marc-Andre Bergeron made it 2-1.
Two minutes later it was Eric Belanger, who put it on a tee for Marc Andre Bouchard.
Finals minutes of the second, Bouchard got his second of the game on a partial break.
In the third, former Leaf Owen Nolan had the wide open net and made no mistake.
The Leafs fell to the Wild, 6-1.
Goalie Justin Pogge has been re-assigned.
