Pat Perez is still leading after 36-holes at the Bob Hope Classic. Perez shot a nine under 63 and has become the first in PGA Tour History too shoot 20 under over 36 holes. He played a stellar boogey-free second round sinking nine birdies in a row. Canadian Mike Weir has slipped from second to 18th after shooting a 70. And Calgary's Stephen Ames moved up to 39th after a round of 63.

Perez shot a nine under 63, sinking nine birdies in a row. Canadian's Mike Weir and Stephen Ames shot a 70 and 63 respectively. Weird dropped from second to 18th, while Ames moved up the 39th.
