The Toronto Raptors got their first back to back win in over a month, in a big 115-106 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Andrea Bargnani led the way for Raps with 23 points, the Spanish Stallion Jose Calderon poured in 19 and had 11 dimes.

and Everyone's favorite babbies daddy Chris Bosh chipped in with 18.

Richard Jefferson kept the Bucks close, he drained 20 on the night.

Before the game, the Raps announced that guard Marcus Banks had successful surgery removing a bone spur on his right big toe.

He is expected to miss the remainder of the season.

Toronto also announced yesterday the signing of Quincey Dubey from the D-league.


The Cleveland Cavaliers continued their dominance of the Eastern Conference, they beat the Nets 98-87.
LeBron came close to a triple-double finishing with 22 points, 11 boards and 8 assists.
He becomes the second player in NBA history to reach 2000 points 500 boards and 500 assists in a single season.


Toronto Maple Leafs goatender Martin Gerber recieved punishment yesterday for his antics in Tuesday night's game.

The league handed out an automatic 3 game suspension.

Gerber went balistic when the Caps scored the tieing goal late in the third, he ended up firing a puck at the ref.



Jennifer Jones' team Canada moved to 8-2 at the World Curling Championships.

Jones pulled out a big 8-5 win over Italy in draw 15 action.


Two Canadian teams were in action in the NHL last night;


The Ottawa Senators fell to the Carolina Hurricanes 2-1.

Ryan Shannon got their lone mark.


Marc-Andre Fleury made 31 saves, shuting out the Flames 2-0.

Kris Letang and Hal Gill had the Penguins marks.


The Anaheim Ducks reached into their bag of tricks, using everything from the knuckle puck to the flying-V in their big 7-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche.

Charlie Conway...excuse me Corey Perry pushed the Ducks that much closer to a playoff birth, he had two goals on the night.

Patrick Kane and Jonathon Toews burried two goals in the shoot out for the Blackhawks, and Jeremey Roenick was denied by his former team securing the big win for Chicago 6-5 over the Sharks.
