Intro....

The Raptors were in Dallas taking on the Mavericks Sunday night.
The last time the Dino's won in big D, it was '99 and Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter led the way.
Sunday night was no different from how its been over the past 10 years.
Big Dirk Nowitzki drained 24 and had 10 rebounds to led the way for the 109-98 win.
Jason Kidd had 15 assists bringing him to 10,000 for his career.
Chris Bosh led the way for the Raps.
CB4 had 28 points and 10 boards.
Toronto has now lost 10 of the past 14 games.
The Raps are back at it Tuesday, they are in Houston taking on the Rockets.


Jarome Iginla became Calgary's all time point getter last night, but the Lightning rained on the record setting night with a 8-6 win.
Iginla finished the game with two goals and three assists, passing Theo Fleury for the franchise's all time leader in points.
He also scored his 400th career goal.
Mark Reechi had five assists in the win.

The Devils blanked the Flyers 3-0.
With the win, Marty Brodeur joined an elite club and but its not the mile high.
Brodeur recorded his 100th shutout, joining the shutout century club.
Jamie Langenbrunner, Brian Gionta and Johnny Oduya scored as the Devils won for the eighth time in 10 games to open a nine-point lead in the division.

The Vancouver Canucks helped their playoff bid with a 3-1 win over the Blue Jackets last night.
With the win the Canucks moved four points ahead of Columbus for the fifth spot in the tight Western Conference.


The Pittsburgh Penguins moved back into the playoffs with a 4-1 win over the Dallas Stars.
Once again Evgeni Malkin led the way for the Sidney Crosby-less Pens.
Malkin finished with three points.

The Florida Panthers burried the Washington Capitals with a 6-2 win.

The Blackhawks doubled up the Kings with a 4-2 win.


The Co-MVP's of the All Star game were reunited last night in Phoenix.
Kobe Bryant led the way with 49 points but it was Shaq who got the final laugh.
The Suns beat the Lakers 118-111.
O'Neal finished 33 points and 7 rebounds.

Two Canadian's made the podium yesterday at the World Freestyle Ski Championship.
Ashleigh McIvor won gold in women's ski cross while fellow Canadian Davey Barr won bronze in the men's event.

Team Canada needed a shootout to pull off a win over Team USA yesterday at the sledge hockey Canada Cup.
Goalie Paul Rosen of Thornhill, Ontario stopped all five American shooters in the shootout to preserve the win.
Adam Dixon of Midland, Ontario scored the winner.
